The Cellar on Oakwood currently has an opening for our Line Cook position. This position can be part to full-time. Experience of at least 1+ year(s) is preferred.

Candidate must be able to work independently as well as with a team. Must be flexible and able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Dependability is a must! The Cellar is a casual and friendly atmosphere. Our menu consists of mostly American cuisine with homemade soups, appetizers, sandwiches, as well as homemade entrees. Our specialty is PIZZA!! The Cellar also serves Friday Fish Fries, Premium Steaks, Seafood and more! Come join our family-owned and operated business.

Requirements are as follows:
Must be able to prepare soups and daily specials, in addition to the regular food menu offerings and planning.
Correctly storing of food, proper rotation, handling and dating.
Maintain sanitary standards; before, during and after service.
Maintain a high quality level of food production and presentation.
Must have a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and personal hygiene.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Willing to work a flexible schedule.
Must have reliable transportation.
1+ years of cooking experience preferred.
Salary and benefits will vary based on experience and is negotiable.

Salary $15-$20 per hour based on experience.
