Licensed Massage Therapist
Looking to work with an invigorating population and expand on your skills? The Tissue Specialist, LLC. is looking to expand!
I am an owner-run studio looking to add a massage therapist to work out of my office 3x per week. Our clientele is predominately athletes, body builders, active lifters, marathon runners, powerlifters etc. With a functional booking system and big client wait list, I will be able to provide you with a FULL SCHEDULE (3x per week, as many sessions as you choose to take) within your first month of hiring on. If you have interest or experience in helping athletes perform at a high level through corrective massage therapy, please consider this position!
This is an independent contractor position; you will be paid your full salary (without taxes withheld). The hourly pay is $39-$43 per hour for a new therapist. This is negotiable depending on experience. This position will keep 100% of tips.
If sport-specific training is needed, it will be provided prior to hire. Training will be provided throughout employment, as well. This position has potential to move to full time.
*Requirements for this job*
-License in the state of Wisconsin for Massage Therapy or in the process of graduating massage therapy school.
-Background in sports or interest in working with athletes.
-Willingness to participate in the company's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, or Tik Tok)
-Social media experience/platform is preferred. Sales experience is preferred.
The Tissue Specialist will provide you the following:
-Online scheduling/booking system
-Advertisements (Instagram, Facebook, Website)
-Business cards
-Web exposure (social media, website)
-Uniform
-Materials of need (Sheets, linens, lotion etc)
