Lead Teacher Duties:
- Lead and implement educational programs and activities for children.
- Manage & Create lesson plans for a small class of 6 children ages 1-4.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Assist with behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior.
- Teach and implement age-appropriate curriculum.
- Support students in their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Assist with classroom management and ensure a structured and organized learning environment.
- Help students with daily tasks such as eating, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and any concerns.
Skills:
- Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or preschool setting.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Ability to work effectively with students with autism or special needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation.
- Ability to assist in educating students in various subjects, including math.
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards children's needs and challenges.

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
