Intake Coordinator + Behavior Coach (OCD/Anxiety) - Part-time/Full-time
Pay: $17-20/hour
Job Description:
Renewed Freedom Center is a boutique group private practice located in West Los Angeles, specializing in the treatment of severe OCD and anxiety disorders, including, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, Agoraphobia, Separation Anxiety, Specific Phobias, BDD, and GAD.
We are looking for a full-time Intake Coordinator + Behavior Coach to join our team! Our Intake Coordinator is responsible for all new patient needs from the initial contact through their diagnostic and treatment planning evaluation. As a Behavior Coach, you will support patients in executing exposures and daily functioning/living tasks in accordance with their treatment plan. Previous experience in behavior coaching and/or ABA is preferred, however extensive training will be provided.
Please note this is NOT a clinical position for interns or other unlicensed clinicians looking to accrue hours towards licensure.

With the tools acquired through treatment, patients are able to apply them to other situations and future circumstances.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and providing education about RFC’s services to potential new patients inquiring about services
• Scheduling complimentary new patient phone consultations with staff clinicians - with transition to conducting all phone consultations upon training mastery
• Providing processing new patient policy paperwork assessment questionnaires
• Provides support to licensed unlicensed clinicians in creating exposure hierarchies
• Assist patients in carrying out and logging exposures and daily functioning tasks (i.e. executing exposures, routines, planning/scheduling, hygiene, etc)
• Attend weekly supervision staff meetings
• Attend once per month admin meetings
• Read assigned OCD anxiety educational material and attend weekly trainings with Director of Training and other clinicians in training
• This is a part-time to full-time position - while a consistent schedule is preferred some flexibility with hours possible
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Education/Training:
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
• Must have a valid driver's license, transportation, and insurance as exposure sessions may take place off site. Reimbursement for gas mileage available
• Must have some experience in a mental health setting
• Must agree to follow all legal ethical standards as staff clinicians
• Must be willing and able to learn and act individually with minimal direction.

Compensation is competitive and dependent on level of education and experience, and license. Full-time employment includes medical, paid vacation, 401k matching, and year-end benefits.
