Groundskeeper

Porter / Groundskeeper | Overnight shift required. Night/Evening | Senior Living | PART-TIME | Grass Valley, CA

JOB SUMMARY:
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of busy common areas.
Light housekeeping, spot cleaning and empty trash.
Recognize and call emergency help when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A pleasant and courteous demeanor when dealing with peers, supervisors, guest, residents and management.
Experience providing cleaning services in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with a senior population preferred.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Must be very thorough with cleaning practices.
COVID 19 vaccination strongly preferred.
Criminal background and drug screen required.
Following CADPH and Cal-OSHA guidelines.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Grass Valley, CA 95945: Reliably commute.
Wage: $15.98 - $17.78 per hour
Requirements: 7 Year background, drug screen, valid CA driver's license.
Schedule: Thursday 2:30PM - 11PM, Saturday overnight 12:30AM to 9AM, Sunday overnight 12:30AM to 9AM.

Part-time no benefits offered currently.
