Game Coach
We are looking for active, enthusiastic people to join our family! We put on awesome events and create special memories for all of our customers! You must be reliable and show up on time. We perform events for kids birthdays, corporate, HOA's, school events and more. An ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and a positive team player!
We are located in Leander. Each job is unique, different & FUN! Work with a team or conduct events yourself. This is a great opportunity to make good money on the weekends primarily with events scattered throughout the week as well.
A lot of what we do is outside so you must be able to be comfortable spending time outdoors even when it's hot out. We offer opportunities to move up fast and we are quickly growing so there's lots of potential to move up within the company as we grow. We are a nationwide company but it all started right here in Leander! You'd be working directly alongside the founders of Freedom Fun USA!
You will essentially be your own boss. After training, you will be responsible for coming to the warehouse, loading up your equipment, driving by yourself or with a team member to the event and running the games with the guests! We want people who are active and love to have FUN! We keep our work environment light and are pretty laid back as long as the customers are happy with their party!
Easily get an additional $25 after each party with bonuses for good reviews and that doesn't even include tips from the customers. Our coaches get up to $200 in tips from a single job which may only be 1 hour long.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist in preparing for event planning & execution. Help execute events & conduct games such as laser tag, archery tag, etc & outdoor movie productions. Clean equipment & ensure Freedom standards are kept in compliance. Interact with customers and children during the course of the event. HAVE FUN!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

75% Conduct Jobs and Interact with Customers.
25% clean, maintain & pre equipment
5% employee meetings and calls to review scheduling.
Other:
Due to the cyclical nature of the mobile event & entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of Freedom. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Salary: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
