Food Trailer Assistant
-Food Handlers Permit(payed for by company)
-Safe Handling of Food And Food Equipment
-Must Be Able To Work in High Heat Environment
-Must Be Available To Work Three 8 Hour Shifts A Week(May Include Weekends)
-Screening For Proper Customer Service Skills
-Must Be Able to Operate Or Learn To Operate Cooking Equipment Including Propane Fryer, Griddle, and Grill
-May Be Asked to Help With Events, During Event Season Months, Or During Peak Work Times
-Competent Knowledge of Point Of Sale System
