Currently hiring for a Food Prep Position, Friday through Monday's!

This role will support and assist our bakers with the help of food prep, in addition to some light baking.

Job details;

- Slicing meat and cheeses

- Baking; chicken, potatoes, bacon, eggs, cookies, quiches, soups and breads

- Making sauces, jelly, and cookie dough

- Assisting front of house with occasional closing tasks

- Taking inventory for BOH ingredients

-Mopping, cleaning, and sanitizing work area at the end of every shift

Hours: 28 to 34 dependent upon how busy the day has been and/or filling in other food prep shifts throughout the week

Time of day: 10 am to 5 pm Friday's through Sundays, and 1pm to 6pm on Mondays.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs

This is an independent position that requires communication with the bakers, assistant manager, and general manager. You will be working alone for a majority of your shift so reliability, dependability, and the ability to follow instructions is a MUST, in addition to previous experience in food prep is required. You will be the last person to leave the building so ensuring that everything is prepared and ready for the next day is crucial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour plus tips

Expected hours: 28 – 34 per week
