Floor Technician
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $20 an hour (if you have prior experience, you can earn up to $25 an hour)
Shift and Schedule: Work schedule depends on service jobs. Flexibility required for both day and evening shifts, Monday to Saturday.

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Elite Floor Technician. As a part-time employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various types of floors and furniture. The working hours can range from 15 to 30 hours per week, depending on the service demand.
Responsibilities:
• Lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs. of cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform floor care duties under supervision, following established protocols and guidelines.
• Move furniture as required, ensuring proper care and attention to prevent any damage.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold our company's image and reputation.
• Identify and report any issues or concerns with flooring to the owner promptly.
• Collaborate closely with the owner to determine the best cleaning solutions for each job.
• Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Exhibit strong communication to work effectively with team members and clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information and property.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 3 years.
• Keep company vehicle and equipment clean and well-maintained during work assignments.
Preferred Qualities: The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience in various cleaning techniques, including carpet, area rug, upholstery, tile and stone floor, leather, and odor removal and sanitization. Prior experience in a similar role will be highly valued and compensated.
