A top-performing Real Estate Team with Keller Williams is seeking a part-time candidate for this important position of Field Tech Runner. This is an hourly position reporting to the Listing Account Manager.
Anna K Intown serves residential home sellers, buyers, and investors to build wealth through real estate in the Intown Atlanta neighborhoods. We have consistently reached our business objectives year-over-year and increased our market share in the intown Atlanta real estate market by
• Providing our clients with hands-on personal service during the buying or selling experience
• Executing innovative marketing strategies that demonstrate expertise within the changing markets
• Becoming integrally involved in the neighborhoods in which we serve by participating in or leading various community service programs special events
Position Summary
The Field Tech Runner will be responsible for supporting our Listing Account Manager and organizational needs throughout the week. This position will require driving to and from listings, making deliveries, picking up supplies, conducting visual design consultations of our prospective listings, and the occasional offsite assistance at client events. The Field Tech Runner serves as the key onsite manager for all of our listings by making weekly visits to unoccupied homes, dropping off signage, marketing materials, lockboxes, keys, etc., arranging meeting vendors as needed to prepare a listing for market, and assisting in obtaining virtual tours. The Field Tech Runner will also be responsible for inventory management, creating and executing marketing materials, mailers, delivery of client gifts, and some data entry projects. Additionally, the position will support broader initiatives, programs, and events of the company as necessary/assigned.
Some of the tasks required for this role include but are not limited to:
• Installing and removing signs from properties (Directionals, Riders, Open House signs, etc.)
• Installing and removing lock boxes from properties
• Delivering & picking up documents & client gifts
• Preparing folders & marketing materials
• Managing & keeping track of listing materials & asset inventory
• Conducting visual design consultations at upcoming listings
• Assisting with listing photos
• Addressing & shipping mailers
• Addressing & mailing “Golden Letters” & “Buyer Needs letters”, & gifts.
• Assisting with organization marketing initiatives
• Coordinating & meeting vendors as needed
• Courier/liaison for mail, packages, & office supplies
• Assisting in obtaining virtual tours with 360 camera
• Occasionally meeting clients at a property on behalf of agents
• Data entry projects (as needed)
• Assisting with event signage and set up/breakdown
• Calling agents for showing feedback
• Technical support
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle for transportation
• Proof of vehicle insurance with Anna K Intown listed as additionally insured
• Flexible availability & reliability
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Must be able to work independently
• Laptop computer preferred
• Background check
This part-time position is compensated $15+ (based on experience) hourly + mileage reimbursement for authorized travel. Approximately 20-25 hours per week; weekday + occasional weekend coverage needed.
