Our family-owned locksmith business is currently seeking a self-motivated Dispatcher/customer Service Coordinator to join our team of Locksmith professionals in SNJ.

A Dispatcher / Service coordinator manages the day-to-day service calls that are given in the area for residential and commercial jobs, regularly communicating with technicians, sub-contractors, and customers. The position handles inbound calls from customers. The ability to communicate effectively and resolve customer concerns is a necessity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Answering phone calls, Providing customers with full information * Entering job details into company software
* Assign and Dispatch service calls to field technicians within the assigned area.
* Review and Process Billing Summaries
* Review information submitted by field technicians.
* Provide administrative support to field technicians.

Job Type: Full-time,Part-time

Qualifications:

Customer service experience/background in a call center or similar environment
Ability to interact with and dispatch workload effectively to field/remote technicians
Must be organized and manage time efficiently.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Qualification:1 Experience in an interactive customer service environment is a plus
