Diesel Technician Apprenticeship
Do you have an interest in taking things apart and putting them back together? Perhaps you like to problem solve. Working as a maintenance technician with NFI Industries you can take your interests and turn them into a career. Gain hands on experience with our Diesel and Trailer technicians out of our Allentown PA shop. You will learn a trade that is not going anywhere! You will have one-on-one mentorship and connections with local technical schools.

NFI Apprentice Program Requirements:
At least 18 years old
Follow DOT and OSHA safety procedures consistently
Diagnostic and troubleshooting competency relating to equipment repairs maintenance
Successfully demonstrated problem-solving skills
Examples of teamwork and customer service skills, including good oral and written communication skills.
Interest in learning about
Must be able to lift and/or pull 75 lbs or more without restriction, stand or lie for extended periods to repair equipment, and have flexible movement: to reach equipment and/or parts and maneuver equipment
Must be able to work outside in inclement weather conditions and an environment with excessive noise and respiratory hazards without restriction
