Desk Associate
**Position Overview:**
As a Desk Associate at F45 Fitness Studio, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and energetic atmosphere for our members. This position requires excellent customer service skills, high energy levels, and the ability to perform various tasks ranging from member greeting to equipment setup.
**Shifts:**
- Every other Wednesday and Friday: 4:45 am - 10:00 am, 12:00 pm - 1:00pm, 5:00 pm - 7:15 pm
- Occasional weekends, starting at 8:00 am - 11:00 am with advance notice
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Member Greeting:**
- Welcome and greet members as they enter the studio.
- Provide a friendly and positive first impression.
2. **Member Sign-In:**
- Efficiently manage the member sign-in process.
- Ensure accuracy in attendance records.
3. **Demonstration of Exercises:**
- Lift weights and demonstrate exercises with proper form.
- Assist members in understanding and executing exercises correctly.
4. **Class Equipment Setup and Breakdown:**
- Set up and arrange class equipment before sessions.
- Break down and store equipment after sessions.
5. **Punctuality:**
- Show up on time for all shifts.
- Be proactive in starting tasks promptly.
6. **Availability:**
- Work every other Wednesday and Friday.
- Be flexible for occasional weekend shifts with advance notice.
7. **Customer Service:**
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the member experience.
- Address member inquiries and concerns professionally.
8. **Team Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth studio operations.
- Communicate effectively with instructors and fellow associates.
**Qualifications:**
- High energy and enthusiasm for fitness and wellness.
- Ability to lift weights and demonstrate exercises with good form.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
