Dental hygienist

Tuesday -Thursday position available: 7:00am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including dental cleanings, scaling and root planing
- Take and develop dental x-rays and intraoral diagnostic scans
- Conduct oral cancer screenings
- Administer Nitrous oxide as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, provide oral health instructions, and explain dental problems, consequences, and options for treatment
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Dental Hygienist
• Valid state of Texas dental hygienist license
• Valid CPR certificate
• Professional experience recommended, but not a requirement
• Excellent patient care and communication skills, strong in problem solving and critical thinking and working cohesively with other team members
• Non-smoker

Wage negotiable depending upon experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
