Position Description

Guettler Insurance Agency is seeking a CSR to support their office in the John’s Landing area of Portland. This part-time position will initially provide a highly motivated individual 20-30 hours per week with an opportunity for advancement into other positions with more responsibility, if desired. The Guettler Insurance Agency is part of the Farmers Insurance family focused on providing progressive insurance strategies for both individuals and business owners. Our agency values culture, growth, and integrity and is seeking like-minded individuals who are highly motivated insurance industry professionals.

The ideal candidate has insurance office or related customer service experience.

Responsibilities include:
• Provide client customer service.
• Support clients with billing and policy maintenance.
• Schedule client appointments.
• Assist with typical office duties.
• Assist with other outbound marketing activities.

Oregon P&C license preferred but not required. Employees with an Oregon P&C license, or who want to obtain their license during employment, are eligible for additional incentives and advancements.

Hourly + Bonuses + Commissions available
