Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Chiropractic Care and Operations Associate to join our team. This hybrid role combines direct patient care using our state-of-the-art EMTT machine with essential office administration, reception duties, and digital outreach efforts. The ideal candidate is a compassionate professional eager to contribute to both our patients' health and the smooth operation of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- EMTT Therapy Administration: Operate EMTT therapy equipment to provide patient treatments under the guidance of our chiropractors, including patient setup, therapy session monitoring, and post-treatment care.
- Office Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including patient scheduling, billing, and records management, ensuring the office operates efficiently and effectively.
- Reception Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for our clinic, greeting patients, answering phone calls, and providing an exceptional level of customer service.
- Social Media and Outreach: Assist in the creation and posting of engaging content across our social media platforms, and help execute outreach initiatives to educate the community about chiropractic care and wellness.
