Card Dealer
Job description
The primary responsibility of the Dealers is to proficiently, courteously, and
accurately deal the game of Poker and/or Table Games to customers. Dealers
must provide a positive unmatched guest experience through the delivery of
superior guest service while maintaining a sound understanding of game play,
rules, internal controls and gaming standards. LOOKING FOR BOTH POKER AND
TABLE GAME DEALERS.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Exhibit consistent proficiency in dealing the game of Poker or Other Games.
• Protects and control game being dealt.
• Follow all Rules and Regulations related to the game of Poker.
• Conducts the games in accordance with Departmental policies and
procedures, handling player transactions and notifying Supervisor - Poker
Room of any irregularities.
Minimum Employment Requirements:
• 18 years of age, proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United
States.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing
English; both in oral and written form.
• Interpersonal skills with focused attention on guest needs to deal effectively
with all business contacts.
Specific Position Requirements:
• Must have obtained a dealing certificate from a Dealer training facility , or 6
months of dealing experience in the past 5 years.
• Must be able to pass a Dealer Audition.
• Must show proof of enrollment or a dealing certification from a Dealer
training facility during the interview process.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR Certification.
• Must be familiar with methods of cheating in Poker.
Ability to calculate mathematical equations i.e. adding, subtracting,
multiplying and dividing without a calculator or paper.

Pay: $5.50 + Tips
