Trinity Home Care & Resource is looking to hire a Bookkeeping Manager to join our TEAM. This position is part time / 25 hours per week. Three years experience with Quick Books and payroll is expected. The position includes the following responsibilities:

BOOKKEEPING MANAGER
 Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees
 Manage A/R and A/P
 Assist in reviewing care logs and finalizing after review
 Process Medicaid, VA, and private pay billing weekly
 Post all RA’s and review for claim adjudication, claims adjustments and client share of cost
payments
 Complete Workman’s’ Compensation Payroll reports monthly
 Monthly bank reconciliation
 Prepare financial reports for owner and CPA as needed
 Provide excellent customer service as related to billing and payroll
 Communicate with the CPA firm quarterly for payroll reports and at the end of the year for W-
2’s and tax return
 Process and maintain ACA information each month
 Verify and process work verifications forms for employees
 Review health insurance eligibility for employees each month
 Maintain authorization list each month
 Assist with answering phone calls
 Represent and uphold Trinity’s motto of Integrity, Compassion and Service.

Previous Medicaid billing experience is required. Previous payroll experience is required. Previous
Quickbooks desktop experience is required. Previous EMR software is preferred.
