RISE is seeking 1 part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to work in a patient home in Beaverton, Michigan afternoons Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 3:30p - 7:30p

This is 1:1 work with an autistic child, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and techniques to increase skills and decrease behaviors, under the guidance and direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Note: BTs can accept several part-time assignments to increase their hours, if desired

$18/h for Behavior Technician (BT)

$20/h for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Candidates are required to “come qualified”, meaning:

  • They have the state-mandated Behavior Technician Training Certificate in hand.
  • RISE will provide this training, for free, for interested individuals who do not already have this certificate.
  • Provided training is paid in two bonuses, for individuals who begin patient work with RISE and retain:

o $200 at the 30-day mark

o $200 at the 60-day mark
