Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring BCBA's to oversee home-based ABA therapy cases. We are seeking providers who are highly motivated, skilled, energetic, and flexible to add to our team.

Job Duties:
- Conduct behavioral assessments to determine the needs of individuals with behavioral health concerns
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in behavioral therapy

Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as psychology, special education, or applied behavior analysis
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health concerns
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices
- Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Medical records: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Behavioral therapy: Proficiency in evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques
- Medical documentation: Ability to accurately document treatment plans, progress notes, and other medical records
