- Experience in a high-volume specialty coffee shop or restaurant. Our setting is relaxed, yet the pace can be fast during peak times.
- Familiarity with La Marzocco and Mahlkönig equipment is a big plus but not required
- Experience and interest in food service
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide superlative customer service
- An interest in learning and sharing knowledge about coffee
- Flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability
