**Job Summary:**The Metropolitan Club is seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Banquet Captain and Food Prep to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee banquet events, ensuring excellent service and coordination, while also assisting with food preparation duties. Key Responsibilities:** 
*Banquet Captain:* - Lead and manage banquet staff during events. - Coordinate with event planners to ensure all requirements are met. - Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet rooms. - Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction. - Address and resolve any issues or concerns during events. - Train and mentor new banquet staff members.
