Audio Coordinator
Audio Coordinator

The Audio/Visual & Livestream Coordinator is responsible for managing and operating the audio and visual equipment for Sunday worship services. This includes setting up and testing equipment before each service (for in-person and livestream), controlling sound levels during the services via operation of the sound board and/or the iPad, and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. Our current worship schedule is a service at 10am followed by Formation for All Ages from 11:20 to 12pm. In January, we will add a service so the new times will be 9am worship, 10:15 to 11am formation, and an 11:15 worship service. At that point, the A/V Coordinator role will increase from 3.5 hours/week to 4.5 hours/week. The coordinator works closely with the Director of Music and the Rector to ensure that worship services are seen and heard clearly in the sanctuary and online. For additional compensation, the coordinator’s assistance may be requested for special events such as funerals, weddings, and the Concerts at Calvary performance series.
