Art Teacher
Originated out of Nantucket, MA, Barnaby’s Toy & Art OPENING in Beacon Hill is a toy store and art studio for kids of all ages. We’ve designed our store with the goal of offering a community space just for kids!
Barnaby’s classes promote happiness, inspire innovation, and empower creativity, incorporating the natural, raw elements from our surrounding environment. Our doors are always open to drop-in, creating great things any time of day!
Position: Part Time Art Teacher and Retail Associate will assist lead teacher in facilitating art classes for children aged 2 and up at our Barnaby's Toy & Art Beacon Hill location. Duties will includes helping with set-up, working alongside the lead teacher to make sure art classes run smoothly, offering creative ideas and solutions, and become a solid member of our intimate team! You will also be responsible for retail associate duties such as ringing out customers, restocking and identifying theft.
Looking for someone positive and creative to join our team! Prior experience with children is a must! We are opening our Beacon Hill, Boston, location mid-September and hoping to find someone to start shortly after when art classes begin!
