Deer Valley Ranch is seeking responsible, energetic, hardworking, service minded team members for various positions in the summer 2024 Dude Ranch Season. We are strong believers in working and playing hard together and serving our guests with enthusiasm!   We are now hiring for the following positions:  Banquet/Dining Room Attendant, Kitchen Prep, Housekeeping, Guest Services/Admin & Groundskeepers.  A “Can-do” attitude, flexibility & good humor are always a plus.  

The work week is 5.5 days, allowing you to enjoy time off and the opportunity to explore our surroundings and local attractions in the valley.  We are located just minutes from hiking/biking trails, an authentic mining ghost town, world class whitewater rafting, soaking hot springs, as well as numerous lake and river fishing spots.  If you love the outdoors, we have opportunities galore to offer!

 Deer Valley Ranch is located against the beautiful Chalk Cliffs between two majestic 14,000 foot peaks.  We have been a home-away-from-home for people from across the globe for the past 68 years.  With a rich history in hospitality, Christian ministry, outdoor adventure, and horsemanship. DATES:  Mid-May – August 15

WAGES/PAY:  2024 Summer Intern Paid Staff Salary:  $1000/month plus all room and board provided and a shared portion of the tip pool based on total hours worked throughout the summer.
