Role Description

Step into the role of a Media, Communications, & PR Intern and become a driving force behind our communication strategies, media relations, and public relations efforts. As an integral part of our team, you'll foster partnerships, manage communication channels, coordinate PR initiatives, and assist with event coordination, gaining hands-on experience in navigating the intricate world of media and PR. Get ready to develop and implement impactful media and PR strategies, making a real difference for our brand, artists, and clients.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Passion for music, entertainment industry, arts, cultural diversity, and innovative projects.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication for effective interaction with artists, talent managers, and teams.
  • Research Proficiency: Strong research skills for bookings, industry trends, and project planning.
  • Timely Response Commitment: Ability to promptly address management and artist requests within 24 hours.
  • Self-Directed and Team-Oriented: Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit, capable of independent work and team contribution.
  • Discretion and Sensitivity: Ability to handle confidential matters with artists and maintain professionalism.
  • Educational Background: Pursuing or holding a degree in marketing, public relations, communications, music business, or related field.
  • Career Aspirations: Desire to excel in music/entertainment industry or public relations, contributing to cultural innovation.
  • Flexibility in Schedule: Availability for off-hour events to support artists; remote interns exempted.

 

Plus:

  • PR & Communication Skills: Strong understanding of marketing and public relations strategies, with demonstrated experience in campaign development, media relations, and brand promotion.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Expertise in various platforms, content creation, account management, and analytics.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Event planning or coordination experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with diverse music genres and cultures.
