Job Summary
Esthetician/Cosmetologist:
The role of an Esthetician/Cosmetologist is to represent Lotus Salon & Spa in a professional and consistent way while upholding the company's core values. The primary goal of an Esthetician/Cosmetologist is to educate guests on the benefits of Facial & waxing procedures while performing the services. As a licensed Esthetician/Cosmetologist , you�re responsible for educating Clients on proper skin treatments.
Responsibilities and Duties
Providing the highest quality of Services while maintaining a cheerful and positive attitude to our Clients.
Responsible for educating all guests on benefits and savings of our packages & maintaining professional relationships with the guests.
Responsible for always maintaining the Suite clean & arriving to work on time wearing the appropriate dress code.
Responsible for adhering to the assigned schedule by management and availability provided during application process.
Responsible for following all policies and procedures that were outlined.
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to work flexible days and hours & weekends.
Attitude is the key. Must look professional and have a positive, friendly attitude with all of our Clients & Team.
Ability to understand our Vision ,Strategy and work independently with limited supervision.
Must have a current Esthetician or Cosmetology License with at least 3+ years of experience.
Willing to learn and perform industry standard & new techniques.
Comfortable performing all body and facial and waxing services.
Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment, receive and implement feedback.
Good team player and desire to work with the team.
Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
