We are currently looking for candidates to fill a number of positions, including customer-service benefit consultants/representatives, entry-level managers, and experienced leaders. We have 4-6 openings available.

We are seeking responsible individuals with high levels of integrity who possess the ability to teach, coach, and train others. Our professional training program provides opportunities for those who are highly motivated, coachable, and possess a positive mental attitude, even if they do not have prior experience.

While sales and management experience is preferred, it is not required. We offer state licensing courses, and fast-track promotions to the right candidates are available. We are particularly interested in individuals who have strong oral and written communication skills.

We have been providing assistance to businesses, credit unions, and veterans associations with their HR for over 72 years. We assist with the provision and enrollment of insurances, financial benefits, and comprehensive care programs for their members. We are currently seeking Enrollment Advisors to work with these groups to select and enroll members in their predetermined benefits.

No experience is required, although candidates who have experience working one on one with people tend to perform well. Candidates must be proficient on the telephone and Zoom, be a great verbal communicator, and have a disciplined, goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities for Enrollment Advisors include:

Engaging with new union members to enroll them in our benefits program
Creating customized benefit plans for each client
Maintaining relationships with existing and new clients
Performing necessary administrative functions
Enrolling clients in exclusive benefit programs
Managing benefits for union and association members
Providing excellent customer service to respond to employee benefits questions
Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete
Resolving routine and complex benefits issues independently
Working collaboratively with team members
We require excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, a goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results, strong organizational skills with great attention to detail, and customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Competitive Salary range based on prior experience and performance: $72,275.00 - 95,880.00 annually.
