Electronics Technician Intern

Position Duties/Responsibilities
The Electronic Technician Intern position is to test, diagnose and recover any product returned.
Ability to disassemble and reassemble electronic devices according to device repair guides or through knowledge during diagnosis.
Ability to read schematics and documents prepared by engineering to determine faults in electronic components
Ability to use an oscilloscope to follow repair guides to determine faults in electronic components as instructed in the documentation
Ability to solder/de-solder components
Ensure products are tested and modified according to documentation
Responsible for working independently or with minimal supervision
Support RMA department for RMA case qualification and issues identification
Performs other related duties as required by management
Document all activity through the RMA system that is used to track any product quality issues
Any specific function/feature request from the RMA Management team

Required Qualifications and Skills
High School/Technical School curriculum for electronic repair or equivalent work experience
Experience soldering or de-soldering components and use of an oscilloscope
Understanding of disassembling/assembling Consumer Electronics
Fluent (written and spoken) in English is required
Strong Communication, Organizational Skills, and team player
