The Automotive Retail College Internship:

This is a structured program that provides an eight-week, full-time immersion into the automotive world with exposure to all segments of dealership operations including but not limited to Sales, Parts, and Service. This unique opportunity will provide you with both personal and professional development opportunities while sharpening your technical skillsets to help you transition into a career within the automotive industry!

Your Purpose as an Automotive Retail College Intern:

• Develop and grow your knowledge of the total automotive business industry through structured, designed time experiencing each part of the business (e.g., Sales, Service, and Parts).
• Collaborate with and learn from experienced professionals (including leadership and executives) with extensive knowledge of automotive industry practices.
• Partner with other company interns to complete a program-long group project on either the employee experience or guest experience.
• Participate in professional group presentations to the executive leadership team showcasing the work done on the team’s group project.
• Each intern will be aligned to store-specific leaders to gain thorough business knowledge.
• Connect with and gain exposure to the executive and leadership team throughout the internship.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in an Undergraduate or Graduate degree program with a projected graduation date of Fall 2023, Spring 2024, Summer 2024, or Fall 2024.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
