Youth Soccer Coach

COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are an internationally-qualified staff that is dedicated to developing future athletes. As a division of a professional sports management company, we provide soccer training programs and camps for players ranging between 3-18. Our program strives to participate in the highest level of competition, including EDP & NPL leagues. As a staple of the Bergen County community for almost 20 years, we are looking for qualified female & male staff to add to our expanding team.

JOB PURPOSE
You will coach within our club and our partner clubs in our community programs, including recreation, developmental and travel programs.

COACHING ROLES
· Full Availability (available 6-7 days a week)
· Partial Availability (available 2-3 days a week)

EXPECTATION
· Execute and reflect on coaching sessions for assigned training programs, camps, and teams
· Required to be available once a month for coaching development sessions
· A coach's working week consists of coaching hours and administration tasks including weekly updates and game reports
· Coaching hours will be approximately up to 10-20 hours a week
· Coordinate season and tournament schedules
· Plan, submit and execute high level sessions

REQUIREMENTS:
· Coaching/playing experience preferred
· USSF “D” License or USC Advanced National is preferred (license assistance available)
· Open to coach ages 3-18
· Available on weekends
· Must have a car and a valid driver's license
