Typical Work Week: 30 - 40+ hours
Nature of the Work: Responsible for safely loading and delivering/installing our products with a team of field personnel. Ensuring that deliveries, pick-ups, and all other warehouse functions are performed in an efficient and safe manner.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: The ability to adapt to and work well with changing priorities and situations. The ability to define and prioritize problems and resolve them quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong motivation who can work well with people at all levels.
Objectives & Goals:
"    Ensure that all trucks are loaded & unloaded properly, including safely tying in the merchandise & tagging of the equipment.
"    Assist in maintaining warehouse and trucks in a neat and orderly fashion with aisle ways kept free of merchandise and other items at all times.
"    Deliver & install tents & related party items to achieve company objectives.
"    Assist as needed in the overall operation of the store.
Education, Skills & Requirements:
"    Must have a high school diploma.
"    Must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs.
"    Must maintain a professional personal appearance.
"    Must possess strong customer relation skills.
"    Must be able to use mathematics to solve problems.
"    Must be able to speak English clearly and write legibly.
"    The ability to speak other languages is a plus
"    Must maintain an acceptable attendance record.
"    Must have a full range of motion and dexterity.
"    Must be able to provide, understand and complete instructions furnished in written, oral or scheduled form.
"    Maintain a cooperative working relationship with co-workers.
"    Must be able to maintain a high degree of patience and accept constructive criticism when necessary.
