Uptown Antique and Fine Art auction gallery is accepting resumes/applications for a full time Crew Member to be responsible for storage and movement of fine art, antiques and decorative arts, while maintaining warehouse procedures and organization standards. Property movement includes moving and preparing items for inventory & assisting clients with pick-up of consignments and purchases. If you are an enthusiastic, organized & dynamic individual with the following qualifications:

• 1+ year experience handling furniture, fine art or antique handling is a plus
• Ability to safely perform physical tasks including: lifting, pushing, pulling items using proper lifting/moving techniques -- minimum weight lifting capability 40 lbs.
• Willing to work variable days and hours, to meet auction schedule deadlines. This will include overtime and occasional weekends
• Must be willing to travel, occasional. Per diems and overtime paid
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid LA driver's license and good driving record
• Class D/Chauffers license a plus
• Must be willing to allow, and able to pass a background check and driving record check
• Must have strong work ethic

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
