We're a family owned and operated pool and spa company. "Building a vacation destination in your own backyard" is our motto. We're
looking for dependable full-time individuals for general pool maintanence, pool installation, concrete and more.
We specialize in the construction and renovation of vinyl swimming pools and spas.
We are in need of a team members:
Who enjoy working outdoors, year round, in a construction environment.
Work well with others in a supportive team environment, able to read the construction schedule and manage their time and activities.
Driver’s License Required, CDL is a plus, but not a must. Able to lift 50+ lbs. Transportation to and from work daily.
Experience in the pool/construction environment
Our crews work outdoors (year round). Typically 40+ hours per week working Monday–Saturday. Hours consist of 7:00am-5:30pm daily.
Paydays are on Friday's, paid weekly.
Competitive pay $$ based on experience. Raises yearly, Bonus program, PTO, Health and Dental Benefits, 401K/403B, and more.
Experience in the following is a PLUS:
Able to pull a trailer, hookup a trailer and deliver construction equipment and materials to various job sites.
SKID STEER and MINI-EXCAVATOR operators able to perform rough and finish grading
Plumbing (Running PVC from pool and equipment, Ideally gluing fittings)
Installing above Ground/ In Ground Pools
Installing Vinyl Liners/ Replacing Vinyl Liners
Measuring Liners/pools
Finishing Masonry Concrete
Tying Steel (rebar)
Operate a dump truck
Read a tape measure
