Qualifications:

-Minimum experience of 1 year in Admin Assistant role and Sales Support
-Degree in Admin or Business
-Effectively communicate both orally and in writing to internal and external parties
-Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
-Proficient in time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Docs and Gmail
-Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
-Ability to work independently with limited supervision
-Produce and distribute reports, correspondence memos, letters, emails and forms
-Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
-Attention to detail, problem solving, a high level of organizational skills, and are able  to handle complex responsibilities
-Have the ability to build trust and develop rapport with customers quickly, displaying  motivation and drive with a
 history of the top results
-Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where constructive criticism is    encouraged
-Work on multiple assignments at once, and complete assignments within deadline  and budget (if applicable) with
 satisfactory quality
-Understanding of marketing strategy and planning with the ability to identify the  right tactics across a multitude of
 marketing channels (print, digital, social, content, direct mail, video, paid media etc)
-Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
-Support the Sales Department in providing the tools needed to drive our customers  forward
-Assisting with the management and tracking of customer sales, and profitability
-Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
-Performing various administrative and clerical tasks


Physical Demands:
 

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the
essential functions of this job.
This is a largely sedentary role which will require up to 6 hours in a sitting position; however, filing is required. This would require the
ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. This
position may require walking primarily on a level surface for periods of time as well as reaching above shoulder heights or below the
waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques are required. This
position may occasionally lift up to 25 pounds for files and computer printouts.
