WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:
Working with construction crew to establish safe movement of traffic and/or pedestrians, around construction zone, in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
Safely set up and tear down the work zone which includes setting up advance warning signs and cones.
Communicating with your partner and/or crew to keep everyone safe
Controlling traffic flow with stop/slow paddles and/or flags.
Providing outstanding service to customers and the traveling public.
Must be alert and aware of surroundings at all times.
Compliance with safety regulations and company policies is mandatory and will be strictly enforced.
Requirements:
Must have VALID driver's license
Must be comfortable standing 8-12 hours a day
Be capable of lifting 50-60 lbs.
Must be willing working in all types of weather.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a drug test.
Must have steel toe or composite toe boots that come above the ankle.
Communication skills are required.
WHAT WILL YOU GET:
Pay starts at $16.00/hr with quarterly raises.
Year-round work with overtime opportunities
Company vehicle is provided to travel from the office to and from work sites.
