Crisis Mobile Team Supervisor (BHT) for Oklahoma location.

Job Summary

The Crisis Mobile Team (CMT) Supervisor is responsible for providing daily operational oversight to the CMT. This position will coordinate with internal Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) departments to monitor the non-clinical operations including communication with CBI Fleet Department, Compliance, Training and Clinical to monitor operations for CMT and Title 43 Departments. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating with Fleet Department to ensure vehicle compliance and safety., maintaining meeting minutes, making updates to assigned SharePoint sites, updating daily call logs, and provide administrative support. The CMT Supervisor will assist with coverage for vacant shifts and will remain on-call for weekend coverage. The position requires schedule flexibility to ensure shift coverage. Each area below is defined by the specific function as it relates to the policy, process, and the governing rules set forth by Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse (ODMHSA) and Oklahoma State Health Department (OSHD).

Skills/Requirements:

Bachelor�s degree in mental health or medical field required. Master�s degree preferred.
1-year supervisory experience in related mental health or medical field preferred
Lived experience in recovery from mental health and substance use disorders, homelessness, family members and veterans preferred
Experience conducting CMT assessments preferred
Licenses, Certifications, Credentials, Registrations:

Licensure at the associate level with the Oklahoma State Board of Behavioral Health, Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers, or State Board of Behavioral Health preferred.
Current Oklahoma Driver�s License (valid and in good standing)
Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record
C-PRSS Certification
