Position: Infant Preschool and Pre-K Teachers
Job Description: As a Teacher at Premier Academy, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and engaging learning experience for preschool and pre-K students. Responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that align with Premier Academy's curriculum.
Fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
Conducting regular assessments to track students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Collaborating with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to ensure a holistic and well-rounded educational experience.
Maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in teaching environment.
Relevant teaching experience in preschool or pre-K settings.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
CPR certification or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Preferred: Knowledge of Bright From the Start DECAL.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
