Summer Camp Counselor

We are looking for enthusiastic, attentive Camp Counselors to lead, support and motivate campers as they enjoy all that camp has to offer. The Camp Counselors are responsible for being role models and leading groups of our campers through their daily activities. To be a successful Counselor, you will posses the strong desire to make positive change in the life of a child, you will be flexible in understanding the needs of the children in camp and you must be willing to get silly with the campers.

While an educational background is helpful, a love of working with children is needed! Our camp follows Department of Human Services regulations. Counselors must have the ability to: work independent or under direct supervision; have strong group management abilities, communication, relationship building and problem solving skills; ability to respond to emergency and safety situations. Camp counselors must be comfortable with outdoor programming for majority of the day in all-weather situations.  The candidate must have reliable transportation.

Pay Rate is based off education and experience.
