Job Description:
We are currently seeking self-motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in reaching out to local small businesses via phone, introducing them to our website design and marketing campaign services. Your primary objective will be to cultivate lasting client relationships and generate sales through effective communication and in-depth product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach and engage local small businesses to present our website design and marketing services.
- Conscientiously assess and comprehend client needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Articulate the benefits and features of our services persuasively.
- Attain monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals.
- Maintain meticulous records of interactions and sales in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to ensure clients' expectations are met and exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is highly preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proficient in managing time and priorities.
- A genuine passion for assisting local small businesses in their growth.
- A basic grasp of digital marketing and website design is advantageous.
- Demonstrated persistence, motivation, and self-drive.
Compensation:
This role is commission-based, offering a highly competitive compensation structure. Sales Representatives will earn $200 for every successful sale. On average, our Sales Representatives can expect to earn between $85,000 and $110,000 in their first year, contingent upon performance. Additionally, we offer enticing Weekly Spiffs for achieving weekly target sales ( 6 completed paid sales - website design or marketing campaign), putting an extra $500 in your pocket each week.
