Qualifications of the Customer Service Sales Representative:

• Possess excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing multiple tasks
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus but not required, training will be provided
