Sales Representative
We are looking for a motivated and experienced sales representative to join our team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting our answering service to potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate must have experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote our answering service and generate new business
Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers and provide information about our services
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service and following up on their needs
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Keep accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge of our services
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
Minimum of 1 year of sales or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Results-driven and able to meet or exceed sales targets
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
