Sales Associate

We are looking to hire a full time Sales Associate to join our team. Ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, has a knowledge of children's clothing styles, is dependable and has a friendly demeanor.

Must be willing to work as a TEAM which means your responsibilities on any given day my change depending on store needs. Core responsibilities will include running cash register, tagging and hanging items to the sales floor and sorting / buying inventory from our customers. You must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment, take direction and help in different areas as needed and is a TEAM player. We need both morning and evening coverage so the core hours for this position are flexible to best fit your lifestyle but it is a full time position. One weekend shift is required

Responsibilities will include:

• Greet customers and process product intake
• Complete transactions with customers through the register
• Tag and hang product to the sales floor
• Organize the sales floor

Required Skills/Qualities:

1) Self starter with a willingness to pitch in where needed

2) Ability to work independently

3) Ability to communicate effectively with managers and co-workers

4) Pleasant demeanor and TEAM player
