Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients

- Leading product demos, attending occasional tradeshows
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
- Update social media accounts

- Help run promotions and marketing campaigns

Requirements:

- Service industry experience or knowledge of the ice cream/gelato industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies
- Proficiency in Spanish or Italian is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Some travel to trade shows at companies expense.
