Someone who is driven to go above and beyond for our customers. The ideal candidate will be confidant in their personality and skills, yet excited to grow both personally and professionally. On any given day your position will include building quality customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, booking jobs, answering questions, and networking to build a strong referral base.

It is imperative that you are comfortable with managing a high volume of incoming calls and that you maintain the patience and organizational stature to multitask and provide a high level of customer care in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Skills Needed to Perform at a High Level in This Position:

-Strong track record of success in talking to a variety of different personality types.
-Unrivaled customer service skills - someone who truly goes above and beyond to help protect the customer and their family while providing the best service possible.
-Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal. A pro at conveying the value of our products and the importance of protecting against the #1 cause of lung cancer in non-smokers.

Required:

-High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume, high-intensity customer service environment.
-Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
-Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7AM - 4:30PM or 11AM - 7:30PM
