The Inside Sales professional role requires strong interpersonal skills in order to build long-term relationships with clients, team members and partners based on trust. Must have competent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent technical skills help Inside Sales professionals understand the complexities of Entech’s innovative solutions and services. This role requires problem-solving and listening acumen to analyze customer issues and recommend appropriate solutions. This person is easy to do business with and values time when communicating with customers. This person is always professional, resilient, takes rejection well, and practices patience and persistence.

Duties

The primary objective of this role is to help Entech grow Twist sales by providing follow-up on sales inquiries, developing proposals, and responding to the needs of existing customers and prospects. The secondary objective is to help convert sales opportunities into revenue by scheduling installations of Twists, Rinsers and Inverters.

In addition, this role engages in establishing and managing completion dates to deliver revenue and customer needs. This position reports to the Sales Manager and helps build strong customer relationships while working with Entech’s team members and fabrication partners.

Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Professional is comfortable working independently and in teams, which consist of other Entech’s Twist Fabrication and Installation team members. The Inside Sales team members are comfortable and successful wearing many hats, from creating Twist proposals and Twist fabrication worksheets to scheduling Twist, Rinser and Inverter installations. Other responsibilities include explaining the technical aspects of Entech’s Twist products (Gatling Gun Rinser, Inverter Twists), and installation options. This role will perform other tasks that are related to sales, including cold calls for Twist proposals and orders among current and former Entech customers and prospects, and preparing information for Website tools (i.e., LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to help ensure that Entech’s offerings are fresh, relevant, and profitable. 

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree and prior sales experience are preferred. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for sales and the interpersonal skills that foster trust and build strong interpersonal relationships.  The ideal candidate also brings time management expertise, and thrives in a fast paced, team environment that delivers significant growth each year. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success, experience with technical problem solving, possesses the drive to deliver results, manages projects effectively as a team player. 

Reporting Relationship and Mentoring

The Technical Sales position reports to the President. This position interacts often with our Sales GM, Office Manager, our Fabrication team in Elk Grove, and customers. Mentoring is a big part of the culture at Entech, including employee involvement in business strategy and execution, along with open discussions that usually include the rationale behind why management decisions are made.
