Roofing Estimator
Needed: Local candidate to north Pinellas County that can pass a background test. Ambitious, dependable apprentice, to be left hand to contractor. Will need to be in good physical condition with the ability to get on roofs with no fear and presentable to our clients. Candidate will need to commit to 40+ hours a week, be a self-starter, self-motivated, dependable and on time without excuses from personal life.
Candidate should have good people skills, good working knowledge of the construction industry, working knowledge of math and geometry and able to work our computer programs efficiently with good technical writing skills, basic drafting skills with legible writing skills.
Must have a driver's license and a personal vehicle to get to and from work, clean driving record (Commercial policy will check) and able to drive a truck and trailer.
