Retail Sales Stylist
Catherine Bachelier's Style + Celebrations is looking for a passionate and motivated retail sales stylist to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, styling advice, and product knowledge to our clients. You will also assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store operations.
Retail Sales Stylist Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and provide personalized styling recommendations
• Demonstrate product features and benefits and explain how they fit the customers' lifestyle and budget
• Build rapport and trust with customers and maintain long-term relationships
• Process sales transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness
• Follow store policies and procedures and comply with loss prevention standards
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on the latest fashion trends and products
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in fashion
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Passion for fashion, styling, and customer satisfaction
