Job description

Looking for a qualified soccer enthusiast to join our thriving business of 15+ years. If soccer is your passion and you have a minimum of 3 years retail sales and customer service experience this job is for you. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory. You must be able to service all customer needs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

-Service customers to ensure a positive experience and resolve any customer service issues in a timely manner.

-Update and maintain social media accounts.

-Guarantee the store is merchandised so that visual standards are met and that the store is clean, organized, stocked and safe.

-Conduct regular physical inventory checks.

-Supervise and guide staff to maximum performance.

-Monitor Stock levels and purchases to ensure they stay within budget.

-Drive sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and reports analysis.

-Drive loss prevention by adhering to all guidelines of safety, loss prevention and cash handling procedures.

-Work effectively as a team member.

Qualifications

-3 years of experience.

-Spanish speaking.

-Soccer background.

-Saturday availability.

-Problem solving and analytical.

-Highly organized and attention to detail.

-Strong people management skills.

Salary: From $40,000.00 per year
