Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children to implement behavior intervention plans designed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach new skills, promote positive behaviors, and decrease challenging behaviors.
The ideal candidate will be a patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic individual who is committed to serving children and assisting families with strategies to aid them at home and in other settings. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and have completed, or willing to complete, the Registered Behavior Technician training course and pass the licensing exam. Experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
